A quick glimpse of the shoe shows that the Puma RF698 will come in a suede upper that seems to be split into two primary colors. A shade of burgundy dresses the upper half of the base, which also include the Puma stripe. While a navy blue takes care of the toe box. The midsole is also split in two, with the back part of the midsole being white with navy blue speckles that soon enough transitions to an all navy blue midsole in the front of the shoe. On to the shoe at hand. Puma is set to release a few new pairs of the Puma States in the form of a Perf Pack . Following suit of the Puma R698, the Puma States Perf Pack will also come equipped with a perforated monochromatic upper. The Puma States will come with a fine nubuck upper, in either grey, black or royal blue. All hits will also consist of its corresponding color. That includes the inner lining, laces, and Puma branding. All three pairs will have a white midsole that offsets and balances out the effect of the upper. As mentioned above, the entire upper will be given the perforated look, meaning that there will be hundreds of tiny perforated holes in the entire upper, to give the Puma States its unique appearance.
